O. Bolanos, Aug 22, 2010 - Evidence for Paralegals, Fourth Edition
I like the organize imformation provided in the book, but I found some mispelled words. The mispelling caused some confusion as to what the author was try to say, but eventually I began to get caught up to it and figured out. The term and the definition placed on the side of the page next to the related subject, was very helpful to understand the content of the material in the chapters. I also founded very helpful to have the full written Federal Rules of Evidence on the last pages of the book.

This book makes understanding important topics in evidence easy to understand. There is more of a focus on the criminal court than civil, but the book still describes how the (federal) rules of evidence impact both areas of law. Each chapter is fairly easy to read and has relevant review questions and scenarios at the end of each.

This book contains most of the same information of the 4th edition. All the other people in my class spent a lot of money on the 4th edition and I bought this one for under 5 dollars. I have yet to have a problem following along in class. The only difference is page numbers.
